JEFFERSON – The Jefferson Township Museum, also known as the George Chamberlin House, will have an open house on Sunday, June 7, 2015, from 1 to 4 pm. Admission is free. Costumed docents will be available to talk about this Victorian home. The Museum Curator has decorated the Museum with charming vintage spring items. The Museum, located at 315 Dover-Milton Road, was entered into the National and State Registers of Historic Places. Be sure to visit Miss Elizabeth’s Shoppe located in the original kitchen of the Museum. The Shoppe is packed with new and vintage items for sale, perfect for spring or anytime. A visit to the Museum gardens, which are full of Spring blooms, will add to your experience.
